CLASS CANCELLATIONS:

Recreational tumbling, stretch, open gyms and workout classes are a great way to stay in shape, but to also work on skill set for cheerleaders and dancer’s individual craft. Since May 2009 with the mindset that we could offer something more in the All Star Cheerleading & Dance industry. Our goal has been to offer more in the way of value, technique, building athletes confidence and offering a family atmosphere to a competitive sport.
Our flexible class schedule allows families to come and go based on their availability. To gain the full benefits of learning and progression on skills and success we highly recommend that your athlete is in constant classes to better their craft each week. All classes are open to the general public so register today and take your child to new heights.

*Passes are valid for any Recreational or Cheer-fit class. Customers can purchase passes via the online portal or at the front desk. Using the online portal is the ONLY way to sign up for classes. |
TINY TUMBLING (AGES 3-6)
This class is designed for athletes that are just beginning their tumbling career. Athletes will focus on creating a strong tumbling foundation while learning basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridges to prepare for tumbling 101
TUMBLING 101 (AGES 5 & up)
No prerequisites – This class is designed for the athlete that is just beginning their tumbling career. Athletes will focus on creating a strong tumbling foundation while learning basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridges while advancing to front and back walkovers and combination skills.
FRONT/BACK WALKOVER (AGES 5 & up)
Athletes must have mastered all the skills being taught in the previous levels (Tumbling 101). Athletes will work on the fundamentals of a Back walkover; including drills, strength training and building confidence to throw a back walkover on multiple surfaces. As athletes continue mastering a back walkover, Athletes will focus on generating more strength and power through their back walkovers while combining skills. Until the final step to mastering the back walkover and connecting skills. Athletes will focus on a series of skills, owning their back walkover, fine-tuning technique, and generating power to prepare for back handspring class.
BACK HANDSPRING (AGES 6 & up)
Athletes will work on the fundamentals of a back handspring; including drills, strength training and building confidence to throw a back handspring on multiple surfaces. As athletes continue mastering a back handspring, Athletes will focus on generating more strength and power through their back handsprings while combining skills with their handspring. Until the final step to mastering the handspring and connecting skills. Athletes will focus on a series of skills, owning their handspring, fine-tuning technique and generating power to prepare for Tuck class.
TUCKS (AGES 6 & up)
Athletes must have mastered all the skills being taught in all previous levels (back handspring class). Athletes will focus on tuck shapes, bounding for tucks and mastering body control to safely execute a running, punch front and standing tuck on multiple surfaces. Athletes will focus on building confidence in their skills as well as combining skills through to a running tuck and connecting specialty skills. Athletes will continue to build strength and core to increase height of tuck and prepare athletes for next level class (Layout and Fulls).
LAYOUTS & FULLS (AGES 6 & up)
Athletes will learn the correct arm placement, body shape, set and form to throw a layout. As athletes continue to master the layout. Athletes will continue to fine-tune the technique as well as add specialty tumbling through to a layout and front tumbling skills through to layout to prepare for working on fulls.
To begin twisting athletes must have a layout. This class is designed to teach the mechanics of a single twisting full. As athletes progress the next step on the way to becoming a master twister. Athletes will begin to add specialty skills to the full and introduce the double full and standing full.
FLEX & STRETCH (AGES 4 & up)
This class is designed for athletes to learn flexibility as well as body control. Athletes will focus on strong body lines and push their skills further. Concentration will be on hitting skills with the proper technique.
JUMPS (AGES 5 & up)
“Jumps to Make Em Jealous” Jump until you cannot jump anymore! Work on technique, motion placement and learn the tricks of the trade to that hyperextended jump. This class is an intense 30-minute workout.
FLIGHT SCHOOL (AGES 6 & up)
This class provides excellent coaching for all levels, technique, drills, stretching and more! Flight School is a great training method outside of your regular practice to grow athletes confidence in stunting and watch them reach their full potential!
CHEER-FIT (AGES 6 & UP)
is an unstructured but supervised FUN time. This one-of-a-kind unique workout session gives athletes the ability to work on their own craft at their own pace in stunting, tumbling, motions, cheer chants and dance. Anyone can attend (High School, Rec, Pop Warner, All Star and Dance). Get pointers from our staff while having FUN with your friends doing what you love.
OPEN GYM (AGES 3 & up)
Join us every Saturday for this supervised non instructed class that will allow athletes the freedom to work on various skills they wish to master safely. Open Gym is an open work out where athletes can utilize the gym and equipment under limited supervision from the coaches. Athletes may ask for assistance, but there is no structured curriculum.
RULES
Recreational Class Passes are valid for 90 days from the initial purchase. Class passes must be utilized during the allotted time period. Remaining unused passes cannot be transferred or refunded. The purchase of Recreational Class passes does NOT guarantee a spot for class, you must register for the particular class looking to enroll in.
Recreational Class Passes were created to give families the flexibility to use more time of athlete enrollment into classes at a faster weekly rate. These passes are NOT designed to only use once a week at a slower weekly rate. We recommend registering solely per class if the usage of passes will not be used in a faster volume. Again, passes are ONLY valid 90 days from the initial purchase.
Please be sure that your athlete has reached the appropriate skill level for the class looking to register. If your is NOT ready to the said registered class instructors have the right to determine the level of your class for the proper skill progression.
Triple Threat has the right to modify, change and delete classes due to low enrollment of the current class. Triple Threat will try its hardest to accommodate class needs to the best of our ability.
Please note that due to scheduling conflicts, illness, etc., class coaches may vary without prior notification.
Please look for updates if a class may be canceled. Information will be posted on our social media PAGES – Facebook – Triple Threat Athletics, Instagram – THREATNATION and email associated with the billing account.
Closures due to weather will be determined at 4pm on weekdays and at least 2 hours prior to weekend times. Closings will be posted on social media pages; Facebook and Instagram! In the event of cancelations classes/practices may move virtually via Zoom. This also applies to situations and events beyond the gyms control.
If you have registered for a class and need to cancel for any reason a drop request must be made before 4pm.
In case of any cancellation or non-receipt of classes and or camps, or any other goods or services due to events or circumstances beyond our control; the gym will credit the customer for the registered class or camp.
In the event of a closure due to weather and or COVID-19 classes may move virtually via Zoom. Instructions on how to obtain access will be emailed to the registered members associated with class.
Triple Threat has worked very hard to come up with a fair and transparent financial policy… Our prices, payment policy, financial obligations are non-negotiable.
In any event, situation, incident, or problem that may arise that is not specifically stated or covered within this set of rules and guidelines, will be acted upon at the discretion of the owners, and coaching staff of the organization.

Step 2: Select MY ACCOUNT
Step 3: Select Passes
Step 4: Select the pass you want to use. (For this example I am selecting the Open Gym Pass)
Step 5: Search the date for the Open Gym/Class you want to attend
Step 6: Select the Open Gym/Class and click PUNCH IN.
Step 7: You are officially enrolled into the Open Gym/Class
If you cannot make the class due to an emergency, you will still need to DROP ENROLLMENT from the class and submit a request. Please see the directions down below.
Step 1: To drop from an Open Gym/Class select enrollments
Step 2: Select “Drop Enrollment” for the class you need to cancel
Step 3: Answer all the questions for the “drop request” and press submit.
*Once we receive the drop request staff will approve or deny the request based on the time frame it was received. This process may take up to 24-72 hours, but an email confirmation will be sent verifying the request. If you have registered for a class and fail to cancel/drop before 4pm, you will not receive the credit back onto the billing account.
