Summer Tumbling & Cheer Classes—Open to the Public!
Looking for the ultimate flexibility to keep your child active, build confidence, and level up their cheer or dance skills this season?
Since May 2009, our mission has been to provide exceptional value, elite technique training, and a supportive family atmosphere. We welcome
all skill levels to experience our recreational tumbling, stretch, open gyms, and workout classes—no long-term strings attached!
Class & Open Gym Pricing Options
Choose the plan that perfectly matches your family's schedule:
- Annual Membership Fee ($50): Required for all athletes. This fee is billed automatically each year and covers eligibility for all classes, private lessons, and team memberships.
- Core Monthly Membership ($89/month): Recurring monthly auto-pay. Highly recommended for athletes looking for consistent, week-over-week progression. PURCHASE HERE
- Single Drop-In ($25): Booked individually. Perfect if you just want to test out a single class (subject to availability). PURCHASE HERE
- 5-Class Pass ($110): A great mid-tier option for semi-regular training. PURCHASE HERE
- 10-Class Pass ($180): A great high-tier option for semi-regular training. PURCHASE HERE
- Open Gym ($10/session): Unstructured mat time booked individually based on availability.
Important Note: When you purchase any drop-in enrollment class passes from the Triple Threat Athletics ProShop, our $50 Annual Membership Fee will not automatically attach to your online shopping cart.
To keep your registration moving without a hitch:
Staff Review: Our team will manually add the annual fee to your account where applicable.
Pre-Payment Required: This fee must be paid prior to your athlete stepping onto the floor for their first class or private lesson.
Where to Buy: Head to our online pro shop, click passes, and choose your perfect pass variety to lock in your spot!
*Buying a Class Pass does not automatically reserve a spot. You must still log into the portal and pre-register for each individual class you wish to attend using your punches. Unused punches after the expiration date are non-transferable.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MINI TUMBLING (BEGINNER)
Age Group: 3–8 years old
Prerequisites: Must be fully potty-trained. No prior experience required!
Class Description
Welcome to the perfect starting line for your little athlete! This high-energy class introduces preschool-aged children to the magical world of tumbling and acrobatics. We turn learning into a game while teaching the core building blocks of All Star cheerleading.
What Your Athlete Will Learn
The Fundamentals: Forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.
Life Skills: Coordination, balance, spatial awareness, focus, and a massive boost in confidence.
The Next Step: This class perfectly prepares your child to graduate into our Tumbling 101 class!
MINI TUMBLING (ADVANCED)
Age Group: 3–8 years old
Prerequisites: Front Walkover and or Back Walkover
Class Description
It is never too late to start tumbling! This class is specifically tailored for early-elementary athletes who are brand new to tumbling and acrobatics. We combine fun with structure to help your child fall in love with the sport while learning safe, proper technique.
What Your Athlete Will Learn
Core Skills: Forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and strong bridges.
Athletic Foundation: Developing total body control, balance, core strength, and focus.
The Next Step: Seamlessly prepares athletes for the faster pace of Tumbling 101.
INTRO TO TUMBLING
Age Group: 8 years and up
Prerequisites: None! This is an entry-level class.
Class Description
Perfect for older kids and teens who want to jump into tumbling for the first time! This class focuses heavily on the essential body shapes and fundamental movements that act as the building blocks for every advanced cheerleading skill. We emphasize precision and body control so your athlete can progress safely.
Goal Skills
Left, Right, Center, and Straddle splits
Pike stretch, lunge & lever (both legs)
Master body shapes (Tuck, Hollow Body, Superman Hold)
Solid floor handstand
RC - INTRO TO FRONT & BACK WALKOVER
LEVEL 1 TUMBLING
Age Group: 5 years and up
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Intro to Tumbling OR Tumbling 101.
Class Description
Let’s build a strong foundation! Athletes will focus on perfecting walkovers, connecting skills, and preparing for back handspring progressions. Recommended for athletes with a consistent Back Walkover.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR ENROLLMENT TYPE
We do not accept walk-ins. Every athlete must pre-register through our website customer portal before arriving at the gym.
STEP 2: CHECK SKILL PREREQUISITES
Before clicking register, please carefully review the class description to ensure your athlete has mastered the required skills.
• Coach Evaluation: Our instructors reserve the right to move your athlete to a different class level if they determine a prior skill level is needed for proper, safe progression.
STEP 3: REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION
Our registration system updates live throughout the day. Class registration closes exactly one (1) hour before the scheduled start time.
How to Know You Are Successfully Registered:
Check the email account associated with your billing profile. You must receive a confirmation email stating your status is ACTIVE.
1. For Monthly & Single-Day Passes: Look for explicit CHARGE and PAYMENT details.
2. For Punch Pass Users: Look for the subject line ONEDAY ENROLLMENT APPROVED.
LET'S GET REGISTERED
⚠️ Troubleshooting Account Balances:
If you have an outstanding balance on your account when you try to register, your enrollment will be blocked.
You will receive an email stating REQUEST FOR ACTIVE ENROLLMENT. This means your request is pending but NOT approved. Your child is not registered.
To Fix It: Clear the outstanding balance in your portal. Then, email us at [email protected] asking to delete the pending request. Once you receive our confirmation that it is cleared, log back into your portal to re-enroll.
↩️ POLICY: HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS (DROP REQUESTS)
If your athlete cannot make a scheduled class, you must submit a Drop Request by 4:00 PM EST on the day of the class (or sooner). Failure to submit a request by 4:00 PM will result in the loss of that class credit or punch pass.
Please allow 24–72 hours for staff to process requests and send an official verification email.
Class Pass Holders: You must email your cancelation request to [email protected]. Do not use the portal.
Single-Day Enrollment Holders: You can submit your drop request directly through the online customer portal.
👟 POLICY: GYM CHECK-IN & SAFETY
Front Desk Check-In: Whether your athlete is taking one or multiple classes, an athlete or parent/guardian MUST check in at the front desk utilizing our kiosk before entering the gym. Please use your personalized QR Code or phone number.
(Your QR code is found under “MyAccount” in the customer portal).
📢 POLICY: MODIFICATIONS & WEATHER CLOSURES
Coach & Class Changes: Triple Threat reserves the right to modify, change, or delete classes due to low enrollment. Because of scheduling conflicts or coach illness, class coaches may vary without prior notification.
Inclement Weather: Weekday closure decisions will be made by 4:00 PM EST. Weekend closure decisions will be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Virtual Classes & Gym Credits: In the event of a weather closure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, classes may move virtually via Zoom (access links will be emailed to you). If a service cannot be rendered due to circumstances beyond the gym’s control, a gym account credit will be issued.
FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
Triple Threat has worked hard to establish a fair, transparent financial framework. Our pricing, payment policies, and financial obligations are non-negotiable.
Any incident, situation, or dispute arising that is not specifically covered within these terms and conditions will be acted upon solely at the discretion of the organization's owners and coaching leadership.
