EVERYONE WANTS TO TAKE CLASSES AT 3T
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MINI TUMBLING (BEGINNER)
Ages 3–8 • Prerequisite: Fully potty-trained; no experience required.
A playful introduction to tumbling that builds coordination, confidence, and strong fundamentals.
Athletes learn: forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, balance, and body control.
INTRO TO TUMBLING
Ages 8+ • Prerequisite: None.
An entry-level class for older beginners learning the body shapes and foundational movements used in cheerleading tumbling.
Athletes learn: splits, lunges, levers, body shapes, and solid handstands.
INTRO TO FRONT & BACK WALKOVERS
Ages 5+ • Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Tumbling or Tumbling 101.
Athletes strengthen walkovers, connect skills, and begin back-handspring progressions.
Athletes learn: back walkovers, walkover series, and roundoff-to-back-walkover connections.
BACK HANDSPRING (BEGINNER)
Ages 5+ • Prerequisite: Strong front and back walkovers.
Focused drills build the power, confidence, and technique needed for a safe back handspring.
Athletes learn: standing back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, and tuck preparation.
BACK HANDSPRING (ADVANCED)
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: Standing back handspring and two-step hurdle to back handspring.
Intermediate athletes develop faster, stronger, and cleaner Level 2 combinations.
Athletes learn: front bounders, two standing back handsprings, and roundoff back-handspring rebounds.
TUCKS
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: Level 2 competition experience or Tumbling Head Coach approval.
Level 3–4 athletes build explosive power, air awareness, and safe hands-free flipping technique.
Athletes learn: back tucks, punch fronts, tuck combinations, and introductory layouts.
SPECIALTY TUMBLING: LEVELS 1–4
Ages 5+ • Prerequisite: Foundational Level 1 or Level 2 skills.
Athletes create distinctive tumbling passes using creative entries and non-traditional connections.
Athletes learn: specialty entries, connected passes, synchronization, and rhythmic power.
LAYOUTS & FULLS
Ages 8+ • Prerequisite: Level 3 competition experience or Tumbling Head Coach approval.
Advanced athletes develop elite flipping and twisting combinations with strong body lines and control.
Athletes learn: layouts, fulls, Arabians, specialty passes, and advanced twisting skills.
ALL LEVELS TUMBLING
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: None.
Athletes work on individual, level-appropriate skills in a supportive group setting.
Athletes build: confidence, strength, clean technique, and steady progression.
HIGH SCHOOL TUMBLING
Grades 6–12 • Prerequisite: None.
Designed for school and All Star athletes preparing for tryouts, game day, or competition.
Athletes build: individual tumbling skills, strength, confidence, and clean technique.
STUNT CLASS / FLIGHT SCHOOL
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: Attend with a full stunt group of 4–5 athletes.
Groups learn safe, effective stunting for school, All Star, or college cheer.
Athletes learn: lifting and grip technique, flyer balance, body positions, transitions, communication, and group control.
FLYER FLEXIBILITY
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: None.
Athletes safely improve flexibility, body control, and the clean lines needed for strong flyer positions.
Athletes learn: safe stretching, balanced body positions, controlled flexibility, and injury-prevention technique.
FLEXIBILITY & JUMPS
Ages 6+ • Prerequisite: None.
A fast-paced workout that develops higher jumps, cleaner motions, greater mobility, and better endurance.
Athletes learn: jump flexibility, hip and core power, motion placement, and common cheer-jump technique.
MINI TUMBLING (ADVANCED)
Ages 3–8 • Prerequisite: Front walkover and/or back walkover.
For young athletes ready to improve walkovers, connect skills, and prepare for higher-level tumbling.
Athletes learn: walkover connections, stronger body control, and Tumbling 101 preparation.
REGISTER FOR CLASSES
⚠️ ACCOUNT BALANCE TROUBLESHOOTING
Outstanding balances block enrollment. An email stating “REQUEST FOR ACTIVE ENROLLMENT” means the request is pending—not approved.
Pay the balance, email [email protected] to have the pending request cleared, then re-enroll through the portal.If you have an outstanding balance on your account when you try to register, your enrollment will be blocked.
You will receive an email stating REQUEST FOR ACTIVE ENROLLMENT. This means your request is pending but NOT approved. Your child is not registered.
To Fix It: Clear the outstanding balance in your portal. Then, email us at [email protected] asking to delete the pending request. Once you receive our confirmation that it is cleared, log back into your portal to re-enroll.
↩️ HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS
Submit your cancellation by 4:00 PM on the day of class to keep your class credit or punch. Allow 24–72 hours for confirmation.
Class-pass holders: Email [email protected].
Single-day enrollments: Submit the drop request through the customer portal. If your athlete cannot make a scheduled class, you must submit a Drop Request by 4:00 PM EST on the day of the class (or sooner). Failure to submit a request by 4:00 PM will result in the loss of that class credit or punch pass.
Please allow 24–72 hours for staff to process requests and send an official verification email.
Class Pass Holders: You must email your cancelation request to [email protected]. Do not use the portal.
Single-Day Enrollment Holders: You can submit your drop request directly through the online customer portal.
👟 GYM CHECK-IN & SAFETY
Before entering the gym, every athlete or parent/guardian must check in at the front-desk kiosk using the athlete’s QR code or phone number. QR codes are available under “MyAccount” in the customer portal. Front Desk Check-In: Whether your athlete is taking one or multiple classes, an athlete or parent/guardian MUST check in at the front desk utilizing our kiosk before entering the gym. Please use your personalized QR Code or phone number.

📢 CLASS CHANGES & WEATHER
Classes or coaches may change because of low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or illness.
Weather decisions: Weekdays by 4:00 PM; weekends at least two hours before class. Updates are sent by email and posted on Facebook and Instagram @THREATNATION.
Classes may move to Zoom. If service cannot be provided, a gym-account credit will be issued. Coach & Class Changes: Triple Threat reserves the right to modify, change, or delete classes due to low enrollment. Because of scheduling conflicts or coach illness, class coaches may vary without prior notification.
Inclement Weather: Weekday closure decisions will be made by 4:00 PM EST. Weekend closure decisions will be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Virtual Classes & Gym Credits: In the event of a weather closure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, classes may move virtually via Zoom (access links will be emailed to you). If a service cannot be rendered due to circumstances beyond the gym’s control, a gym account credit will be issued.
FINANCIAL POLICY
All prices, payment requirements, and financial obligations are firm. Situations not specifically covered by these policies will be reviewed by Triple Threat Athletics ownership and coaching leadership. Triple Threat has worked hard to establish a fair, transparent financial framework. Our pricing, payment policies, and financial obligations are non-negotiable.
Any incident, situation, or dispute arising that is not specifically covered within these terms and conditions will be acted upon solely at the discretion of the organization's owners and coaching leadership.
