As to combat athlete safety we do require applicants to go through a background check regardless of screening from your previous employer. This also fall into the required membership of our govern body of the USASF (United States All Star Federations) for all club sports in the U.S. Employment may be offered prior to receipt of findings. Continued employment is contingent upon clearance from the background check.
