OUR PRIVATE LESSONS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC


Recreational Private Lessons in tumbling are a great way to stay in shape, but to also work on skill set for cheerleaders and dancer’s individual craft. Since May 2009 with the mindset that we could offer something more in the All Star Cheerleading & Dance industry. Our goal has been to offer more in the way of value, technique, building athletes confidence and offering a family atmosphere to a competitive sport.


To gain the full benefits of learning and progression on skills and success we highly recommend that your athlete is in constant lessons to better their craft each week. All private lessons are open to the general public so register today and take your child to new heights. Private lesson offerings are based on 30 – 60-minute Sessions.

REGISTRATION

Class registration is open until (2) hours prior to the class start time. Registration is first come first served. The system is updated throughout the course of the day for any drop request for any open availability.

Triple Threat does not accept walk-ins, athletes must register on the Triple Threat website to secure class enrollment.

Recreational Class Passes are valid for 90 days from the initial purchase. Class passes must be utilized during the allotted time period. Remaining unused passes cannot be transferred or refunded. The purchase of Recreational Class passes does NOT guarantee a spot for class, you must register for the particular class looking to enroll in.

Recreational Class Passes were created to give families the flexibility to use more time of athlete enrollment into classes at a faster weekly rate. These passes are NOT designed to only use once a week at a slower weekly rate. We recommend registering solely per class if the usage of passes will not be used in a faster volume. Again, passes are ONLY valid 90 days from the initial purchase.

Please be sure that your athlete has reached the appropriate skill level for the class looking to register. If your is NOT ready to the said registered class instructors have the right to determine the level of your class for the proper skill progression.

CONFIRMATION

Successful class enrollments will have confirmation emails sent to the provided email on file. Confirmation status MUST say ACTIVE with the CHARGE and PAYMENT details for a successful enrollment or ONEDAY ENROLLMENT APPROVED (Punch Pass Redeemed) If utilizing a punch pass.

If there is an outstanding balance at the time of class enrollment, a REQUEST FOR ACTIVE ENROLLMENT email will be sent to the customer, but not approved due to the outstanding charge. With receiving this request, you are not officially registered for the particular class. Please be sure to remit payment of the outstanding charges. Once completed, please send an email [email protected]) for the class to be deleted from your customer account, once confirmation is sent for the deleted class, please re-enroll for the class looking to book. If the account is paid BEFORE registering for the particular class. The automatic enrollment system will operate in normal operating conditions.

DROP REQUEST

In order to cancel a class, a drop request must be submitted through the via email OR the customer portal. This must be submitted by 4:00pm EST on the day or previously of the said schedule class. Failure to submit a drop request will result in no credit or punch pass redemption given back to customer. Once drop request is received staff will approve or deny the request based on the time frame it was received. This process may take up to 24-72 hours. An official email confirmation will be sent verifying the request. Please see below current set up for enrollment types

CHECK-IN

whether it’s 1 or more classes, athletes or the parent guardian MUST see the front desk to check-in using their QR code or phone number for their scheduled class. This code can be found under “My Account” on the registration customer portal.


Once your athlete has concluded their class. Athletes must exit the gym and wait in the lobby for their guardian.

MODIFICATIONS

Triple Threat has the right to modify, change and delete classes due to low enrollment of the current class. Triple Threat will try its hardest to accommodate class needs to the best of our ability.

Please note that due to scheduling conflicts, illness, etc., class coaches may vary without prior notification.

CANCELLATIONS 

Please look for updates if a class may be canceled. Information will be posted on our social media PAGES – Facebook – Triple Threat Athletics, Instagram – THREATNATION and email associated with the billing account.

Closures due to weather will be determined at 4pm on weekdays and at least 2 hours prior to weekend times. Closings will be posted on social media pages; Facebook and Instagram! In the event of cancelations classes/practices may move virtually via Zoom. This also applies to situations and events beyond the gyms control.

If you have registered for a class and need to cancel for any reason a drop request must be made before 4pm.

In case of any cancellation or non-receipt of classes and or camps, or any other goods or services due to events or circumstances beyond our control; the gym will credit the customer for the registered class or camp.

In the event of a closure due to weather and or COVID-19 classes may move virtually via Zoom. Instructions on how to obtain access will be emailed to the registered members associated with class.

In any event, situation, incident, or problem that may arise that is not specifically stated or covered within this set of rules and guidelines, will be acted upon at the discretion of the owners, and coaching staff of the organization.
