BE A FAN ZONE/NOISE MAKERS:

Drums, whistles, cowbells and more! Lets be OVER THE TOP this weekend.

EATING BEFORE COMPETITION:

Knowing how soon and what to eat before a workout is different from person to person. As a general rule of thumb, start by eating around 1 to 2 hours before you need to perform. Try different times and monitor how you feel to find out what is best for you. What you eat is just as important as when.

Carbs should be your first priority, as they are going to provide the majority of the energy needed to last through your competition.

Some easy to make pre-competition carb sources are:
Old Fashioned Oats
Peanut butter and honey on whole wheat bread
Fruit
Sweet Potatoes
Brown Rice

Protein is also essential so it will be readily available to repair the damage done to your muscles.

Some easy to make pre-competition protein sources are:
Chicken, Beef, Turkey
Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Whey Protein

Use a combination of these that is easy to prepare, can travel with you, and will hit all of the essential nutrients your body will need to prepare for the upcoming workout.

RT Productions will be taking photos throughout the whole event and will have a booth set-up for purchases.

ADDITIONAL VENDOR BOOTHS:

There will be additional vendors on hand at the event with products ranging from spirit accessories to jewelry. Please keep in mind that few vendors will be set-up to accept credit cards.
